This seven bedroom Eco Friendly modern luxury jungle retreat is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding of the untouched wilderness. This holiday home is an ideal eco retreat that overlooks a serene filled lake of the bottom of the property, charming green paddy fields and undisturbed wilderness. This property is surrounded with a verity of Birds, Butterflies and numerous elephants can also be spotted at a distance on the fields of the water reservoir or at the Udawalawe National Park.

This two story open bungalow with natural cement floors, solid wooden beds makes you embrace the beauty of its untouched nature offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the beautiful clear sky. The mild wild that flows through the bungalow makes it comfortable indoors as much as outdoors, sitting by the pool is the ultimate relaxation. The ground floor offers 4 large bedrooms with en –suit toilets and a double room upstairs is a perfect place to hide away offering total privacy, the newly completed Chalets offering all comforts also gives you the opportunity to sleep out doors enjoying the natural surroundings and a true jungle experience. The lounging area that has a lower sitting area has built in seating, TV with Satellite channels and a home theatre system The large Dinning area serves delicious authentic Sri Lankan cuisine , BBQ on request and a variety of international dishes. Meals prepared at Safari Hideaway are from the vegetable and fruit garden over looking the restaurant offering you organic dishes. The property offers outdoor dining and many cozy areas to enjoy a cup of Sri Lankan tea, read a book or relax watching the sun set in.

The Staff at Safari Hideaway organizes Excursions by safari jeep to; Udawalawe National Park Maduwanvala Walawwa (former home of village nobleman) - Wawulpane (caves with a curios bat population).

Safari Hideaway is a Seven Bedroom Property with (Give break down how many single/double/triple rooms) accommodating up to 20 pax, the rooms and toilets are large and comfortable. The Bungalow is sold to individual and group travelers. Each Bedroom has en—suite toilets. A unique feature in the New Chalet is experiencing the outdoor sleeping facility, a true jungle experience.

The upper deck suite is an ideal platform for honeymoon couples or those who wish to have complete privacy. The view is serene; the calm breeze keeps you relaxed on a hot afternoon, while the sunrise and sunset offers spectacular photographic opportunities of the tranquil surroundings and the blaze of colours that fade into the mountain range. The clear skies make you glaze into a thousand stars.
